Our policy strictly prohibits the transport of overfilled dumpsters, as it is unsafe, illegal, and against regulatory compliance to do so. To enforce this, we have a mandatory overload fee starting at $255 for any dumpster that exceeds the “water level” or top rail loading limit. There are no exceptions to this rule.
